The Catholic or Centre Party in Germany is prepared to sign the Peace Treaty. The majority of the Government are opposed to signing, and, together with President Ebert, they are expected to resign if the National Assembly accepts the treaty. In that case a coalition between Noske (Defence Minister), Herman, Muller, and Richtliofcn is probable. —A. and N.Z. Cable.
