• Rising Sun: 30oz 2dwt, 119 hours. The Rise and Shine No. . 2 dredge reports 21oz for five days' dredging. The manager of the Rising Sun mine reports:—During the week ended March 8, timbering at the leading .stope at'the . intermediata level on No. 2 reef was' completed. On No. 1 reef in No. 2 block stoping was continued. The ore broken was of fair grade. The drive north on No. o reef was "timbered close to the face, and passes were placed in position. The face south on No. 3 reef was advanced 16ft. The reef is of poor grade.
