NAVAL PAY
SUBSTANTIAL INCREASES. Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright. LONDON, March 15. (Received March 16, at 5.5 p.m.) It is understood that the senior naval officer will shortly have his pay doubled. Other officers will receive 80 per cent, increase on pre-war rates.—A. and N.Z. Cable.
