LONDON, January 24. The New Zealand -will sail from here on the 20th of February. It is anticipated that she -will be absent for 18 months. It has not been decided yet whether she "will proceed to India or Australia first. Lady Jellicoe will accompany her husband, provided her health be restored.

Lord Jellicoe's staff will include Commodore Dreyer, ex-captain of the Iron Duke; Paymaster-captain Share, formerly private secretary to Lord Northcote; Commander Ramsay, ex-captain of the Broke; Commander Desalis, nephew of Count Desalis, Minister at the Vatican; Flag-lieutenant Morgan, formerly flag-lieutenant to Admiral King-Hall, of the Australian squadron. Commander Dreyer has been appointed Chief of the Staff, with Lieuten-ant-commander Lloyd as secretary. Commander Leggett, formerly navigator of the Iron Duke, will'command the New Zealand. The other principals are: Commander Calvert, of submarines; Lieuten-ant-commander Boyle, of the New Zealand; and Lieutenant. Chevalier, who served vin the Vindictive at Zeebrugge. The majority of the principals served under Admiral Jellicoe in the Iron Duke —A. and N.Z. Cable.
