Invitations to the conference will be issued to all members of Parliament, Mayors, engineers, juad clerfea of all ttio principal mnnicipal bodies, to sepresontatms from Architects, Engineea, and Surveyors' Institutes, to Trades and Labour Owmcila, and to women's organisations-of. oil classes ibroagiiout the dominion.
