"MY FOUR YEARS IN GERMANY."
"What does the German menace really mean? Or rather, what does the menaco of Prussian autocracy really mean? A new strong light was thrown on the question by the publication in America of Ambassador James Gerard's startling book, "My Four Years in Germany," and a much stronger light has since been thrown on it by the fact that the book has been screened. As a moving picture it is described as a sheer revelation, not only from the point of view of immensity and absorbing interest, but from the more vital point of view of reality. If anyone has tho least shadow of doubt in his mind as to who is responsible for the war, let him see this picture. He will doubt no longer. The National Exhibitors of America, who control the film, have specially secured the Octagon and King Edward "Theatres for the purpose of showing "My Four Tears in Germany" in Dunedin, and it is certain that the attendance will be unprecedented. The box plan opens on Thursday at tho Bristol Piano Co. '
