A man named Eooiie has been detained on a charge of disorderly conduct in connection with the incident \>f the Victory Loan parade. President Wilson -was not affected by the disturbance, and continued to march. Later, instead of reviewing the procession at the altar of Liberty, Mr Wilson- continued to march until the parade dispersed. Boone denied any intention of doing harm to Mr Wilson. He said he merely wanted to 6hake hands. The revolver found in the streets was fully loaded.
