Cable Association. ; 9 LONDON, September 24. , The newspapers state that a general election in November is unlikely, unless circumstances change in the meantime. Though the Government never actually decided in favour of a November election, it still considers that there are arguments in favour of holding it. On the other hand, there appears to be a strong public feeling opposed to the idea.
