Advice was reoeived last night that the steamer Btorm. which was esvected here on Monday, has been delayed at Wanganui, and will not reach Dunedin till Thursday. Cargo will not be taken to-day. The Monowai will sail at noon to-dav for Wellington, Napier, Oisborne, and Auckland. She will be a full fhip so far as cargo capacity is conoerned. Shipments of flour were again prominent features of the large stacks of cargo which have been the cause of such an animated and busy scene on the cross wharf sincc the vessel , Arrived.
