Despite the Kaiser's announcement, the JNachrichten s Vienna correspondent states that the Emperors renewed the alliance for 25 years, and also arranged a closer military union.
EQUAL SUFFRAGE IN PRUSSIA.
THE GOVERNMENT DETERMINED. JReuter's Telegrams. AMSTERDAM. May 15. (Received May 16. at 8 p.m'.) The Prussian iWer House adopted the third reading of the Electoral Reform Bill by 236 votes to 185, but with the equal suffrage clause deleted. The Progressive Poles and Social Democrats opposed the emasculated Bill.
