Ruddart-Parker shares firmed a little on 'Ciiaugo yesterday, when a sale was made at £1 17s iOd. Hi ore was a further buyer a£ the same price and a seller at £1 18s. Two parcels of Westport Goal shares changed owners at £1 10s 3d, and the closing quotations were £1 10s, £1 10s 3d, buyer and seller respectively. WestportStocktons were in demand at 7s 6d and on otter at 7s lid. Bank of New Zealand shares (old issue) -were wanted at £12, but sellers asked £12 4s 6d. Waihi Grand Junctions continue to show a firming tendency. A offered 14s lor these shares, but sellers wanted 14s Bd.
