ADDING TON STOCK MARKET. (Per United Press Association.) CHRISTCHURCH, January 9. At the Addington market thcro was a fair entry of fat lambs and a good yarding of fat cattle, but small entries in almost all other departments. Tho attendance w-as only fair, as farmers aro now busy with harvest work. Fat cattle, which included a fair proportion of prime, steers, sold well, prices being above export level for all but a lew cows. Fat sheep were somewhat easier, as some of the butchers were not m want of supplier, and export buyers were able to make purchases. Store cattle that were well grown and forward in condition were in denia-rtd, but other descriptions were dull of Bale.
