The Board of Trade has not yet decided on a scheme for handling the coming •wheat crop, but is still negotiating with millers and merchants. . Oatsheaf chaff is still in demand, and ■the ruling price is £5 at country stations for prime quality. _ The potato _ market is very weak, and lit'tlo business is being done. Sales are now being made at £2 5s at country stations. »i PROPERTY AUCTIONS. The National Mortgage and Agency pany submitted to auction yesterday a freehold dairy farm at Warrington in the estate of the late of Mr B. Kilgour. The farm consists of 45j acres, with a fourroomed dwelling, men's hut, 15-stalled cow- {: byre, etc. The bidding was spirited up to a certain paint, but the property was passed '" in at £23 per acre. Messrs James Samson and Co. eubrmtted to auction yesterday Mr D. Ellison's freehold property, consisting of sections 100 101, 102, 103, 104, and 105 (with frontagt •■ to Carlton terrace and Campbell street), i.i the top of Mechanic street, North-East "Valley, on which js erected a dwelling of five rooms. The property was sold to Mrs H. Tyrell for £350.
