CENTRAL POWERS' TERMS. A FURTHER MODIFICATION. ' Router's Telegrams. AMSTERDAM, October 9. The Tages Zeitung states that Germany and Austria have agreed to make a peace offer on the basis of no territorial aggrandisement, the surrender of Belgium and French territories; with no indemnity on either side. CLERGYMEN'S RELATED DISCOVERY. Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. AMSTERDAM, October 9. ' A number of Protestant clergymen have issued a manifesto stating that' German Protestants are conscious that the Christian aims of all nations should be to promote righteous feelings. Therefore they extend the hand of brotherhood to their co-roligionists in enemy countries. The manifesto adds: "In the name of Christianity, war must disappear from the earth." PAN-GERMANS SATISFIED. BRITAIN MUST SUE FOR PEACE AMSTERDAM, October 9. (Received Oct. 10, at 7.20 p.m.) The Pan-German Congress carried a resolution that Germany's frontiers must .bo vastly extended east and west. It declared that the jnilitary situation is excellent, and the naval situation would soon force Great Britain to sign a German peace.
