OUTRAGES IN ITALY
COURT-MARTIAL IN PROGRESS. SEVEN PEOPLE IMPLICATED. Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. ROME, September 18. (Received Sept. 19, at 7.50 p.m.) _ A court-martial has opened in connection "with the blowing np of a dynamite factory at Cengio in February, 1916, with a terrible death roll, and a series of vast incendiary outbreaks at Genoa in December, 1915, and February, 1916. The acc'used are Sergeant-major Renatti, his wife, his father-in-law, and four others. The defendants are also charged with giving information to the Austrians. Tlie trial is proceeding behind closed doors.
