RESIGNATION OF REQUISITIONS COMMITTEE. (Pee United Peess Association.) WELLINGTON, September 18 Mr W. G. Foster, Mr W. D. Stewart, and Dr Rcakcs, constituting tho New Zealand Government Requisitions Committee, have resigned.- Tho resignation is understood to be tho outcome of a Gazette notice to the effect that, at the request of the British War Office it has been decided that the Department of Imperial Supplies shad be the controlling body m the dominion, under the Prime Minister's direction, for all matters connected l with tho requisitioning of wool and other supplies by the Imperii! Governmont in which the War Office is concerned.
