NATIONAL EFFICIENCY BOARD

RETENTION URGED. (Peb United Press Association.) WELLINGTON, September 17. The council of the Central Chamber of Commerco passed a resolution expressing alarm at the possibility of the dominion losing the services of the National Efficiency Commissioners at this critical time, and expressing the opinion that the Government should not only ensure tho retention of the present members of the board, but follow the lead of tho British Prime Minister and call to its aid business men of integrity and capacity to assist in solving the many vital questions which have to bo dealt with.
