FOOTBALL.
At Carisbrook this afternoon a fast and open game of Rugby_ should be witnessed between the University B and Southern. The University have a. good back team and can bo relied upon to give' a good exhibition of back play. Southern has a. fine pack of forwards, who have improved as the season advanced. At the Caledonian Ground the University A will meet Union, and this should also provide an interesting game. Alhambra meet Kaikorai on the North Ground, and Pirates and Port Chalmers meet at Port. ASSOCIATION FINAL. Twice this season Morning-ton and Northern have played a drawn game, the score on Saturday last at the conclusion cf the best match of the season, being 2 all. Today a further effort to reach finality between these capable and well-balanced elevens will be "made at Culling Park, and in the event of another draw extra timo will bo played. The match should bo of exceptional attractiveness. It will be preceded by an entertaining match, commencing at 2 p.m., bfetween teams representing the O.F.A. executive and the Referees' Association respectively. /
