Happiness," now being shown at the Queen's Theatre, still fascinates and amuses toe big -audiences that nightly attend, lhe picture is in every respect an excellent production and one of a kind that could easily bear repetition, lhe general mounting and construction of the comedy drama leave but little scope for fault-finding. There is a meritorious array of supporting films, and the orchestral iptisic is appropriate to the character of the films. "Ignorance," a picture with a moral to teach, is the present attraction at the Plaza Theatre. It will be screened finally this evening. There are good supports, which cannot fail to meet with general acceptance. lhe current programme at Everybody's Theatre is attracting good audiences nightly. "Maternity" is a film-story prettily told and_ teaches a strong lesson to wives and mothers. The work of the principals is of a high standard of excellence.. The other films are most interesting, particularly the fourth episode of "The Iron Claw." LESS THAN DOST. On Monday will be inaugurated "Mary Pickford Week" at tho Empire Theatre where the famous picture artist will be seen in a super-film, entitled "Less Than Dust" --a story moulded cm an Eastern theme The play is purported to be of an intensely human character, centred round modern knglttnd and India.
