ADDINGTON STOCK MARKET/ (Peb United Press Association.) CILRISTCHURCH, August 22. At the Addingtc.n market to-day there wero fairly large cut ties of stock, and « good attendance of buyers. Fat cattle were easier, prices being about equal to those of threo weelca ago. Fat sheep wore sold at about, Is to Is Gd per head below the parity of tho last sale. For any good lilies of store sheep there was an active demand, but dealers' lots were more difficult to sell, and a numbor wero passed in. There was a faildemand for stare catte, and all classes of pigs sold well.

Store Sheep.- Two and four-tooth ewos, to 255; four, six, and eight-tooth ewes, 28s to 36s 3d; sound-Mouth ewes, 313 3d to 335; two, four, and .iix-taoth wothers, 34b 6d to 36s lOd; merino wethers, to 255; owe hoggets, to 34s 3d; wether lioggots, to 335; mixed-sex hoggets, 17s to 28s.
