BRITISH COLUMBIA GOING " DRY." Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright. Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. OTTAWA, August 19. The Lieutenant - governor of British Columbia has signed the law passed by the Legislature, making that State " dry" from September 1.
