PROPOSAL TO EXPORT FOODSTUFFS. Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. ' PEKING, August 19. (Received August 20, at 9.25 p.m.) In order to assist the Entente to the fullest extent, the Government is investigating the facilities for exporting foodstuffs to the Allies.
