(Received Aug. 15, at 5.5 p.m.) The streets are thronged with strikers, who had conflicts with the soldiers in the irincipal thoroughfares. In Madrid caim has been restored, but in Barcelona there is much trouble, and numerous arrests have been made in Saragossa.
