It has been officially learned that Germany is congregating her submersibles in the Atlantic and North Sea, leaving operations in the Soiith Seas and the Mediterranean to Austria. Germany is also sending German-bmit U boats overland to the Mediterranean in parts. SWEDEN'S LOSSES. TOTAL OP 12 PER CENT. Renter's Telegrams. STOCKHOLM, August 10. (Roceived Aug. 12, at 5.5 p.m.) It is officially reported that inane Swedish steamships and 47 sailing vessels, representing 12 per cent, of the total tonnage of the merchant service, have been sunk by submarines or mined during the war.
