REVOLT FEARED. Australian and N.Z. Cable Associa^on. AMSTERDAM, July T. (Received July 29, at 5.5 p.m.) General von Beseler has-arrived in Berlin from Warsaw, and has conferred with the Chancellor regarding the critical Polish situation. He asked for special powers to meet an ar.ti-German revolt in Warsaw which .'■-. believed to be imminent.
