His Honor Mir Justice Sim sat in Chambers yesterday, and granted probate of the wills of Walter Hussey Griffiths, • William Stephens, Geo. Alex. Harvey, Ohas. Scott Low, Wm. Daniel Reid, and Charles Brown. Letters of administration wero granted in to Caroline No es Milne.

The one Banco matter dealt with by his Honor was Hrppelev v. Evans and another, in which Mr Harilon appeared for plaintiff and Mr Calvert for defendant.. In this connection an application was made for maintenance, and an order was made by consent for tho payment of £1 per week to plaintiff ds from March, last; costs to be taxed by the Registrar and, paid out of estate.
