HARRIERS.

The Civil Service and Caversham Harrier Clubs held a combined run from the Mornington School on Saturday. J. Welsh and H. Whyte laid tiio trail, which led- to the Valley road, climbed Mtrunfc Grand to the country overlooking the Silverstroam reservoir, thence across country towarS Wakari, and down Eraser's Creek, and hom« via the Mill road.

The St. Kilda, Harriers ran from Wesley HaF A brisk run -was made across Lawyer's Head to Tomahawk Beach, where a' game of football was indulged in. The lagoona were then skirted, and a journey was made towards Halfway Book. The return home was made via Ander?on Bay. The Anelican Harriers held their One-mile Open Rape on the St. Kilda track. Tho result was as follows:— J. B. Hill. 15sec (time, smin lOsec), 1; B. M'Kernan, 10-ee (time, omin 89ee), 2; W. E. Hill. lOmc (time, smin lOsec), 3. Tho Dnnadin Harriers held a walk an Satntflay to Port Chalmers. The road over the Junction was taken, and a moat enjoyable afternoon was passed. The cinb remained in, Port Chalmers lor tea, and retnmed by train to town. The Pacific Harriers ran from the ilornington School. Paper being dispensed with, Captain Gray led his pack towards Green Island, then- up the hill towards the southern reservoir, until Mount Grand was reached, when the pack struck in the direction. o£ Kaikorai, ultimately coming out at the Hralyti Mills. From here o 'fast pact was despatched, and a brisk run home was made.
