INQUEST.
Mr J. It. Bartholomew, S.M., held an inquest on Saturday afternoon into the oirenmstances surrounding the death of Henry Thomson, of Roslyn, who dropped d«ad while -working at Aslxbum Hafl on the previous day. Tho polico woro ropresented by Constable West. —Dr Miller gave evidence to the effect that he had examined tho body, and had found the cause of death to bo heart failnro. The deceased was 69 years of ago. —Formal evidence was .also given by Mr Thomson's son, Mr J. Scott (his/-:employer), and by_ a groom at Ashburn : Hall, who ssw him collapse.— The Coroner ret'irnodi a. vercGct in accordance- with the medical evidence.
