SERBIA.

BERNE, April 25. Twenty thousand Serbians revolted in the Nish, Kravia, and Leskovatz districts against Bulgarian measures for compulsory recruiting. Their leader, Kosta, escaped to the mountains with 4000 followers. The remainder of the insurgents were subsequently exterminated or imprisoned.
