— .<». SALE BY AUCTION. An auction sale of Education reserve leases was held at tho Crown Lands Offico yesterday forenoon, when 29 lots wero offered for a term of 21 years. Of these 12 lots were passed in, 16 lots were sold at the ■upset rentals, ;ind only one. lot realised a slight increase on the upset. Tho following aro tho sections disposed of:— TOWN OP HAMPDEST.
