FOOD SITUATION.
Australian and N.Z. Cablo Association AMSTERDAM, April 20. Herr Batocki, Food' Dictator, in the course of an interview, said that since January life in the large towns had been difficult, and the severity of the winter had increased those difficulties. But the ice on the Danube had now melted and Rumanian supplies were arriving 'ren-u- - - T , ne sports of the winter com were favourable.
