ANTI-GERMAN AGITATION. MILITARY REVOLT. Australian and N.Z. Cablo Association. PARIS, April 13. General Sarrail's aviators dropped a proclamation among the Bulgarian troops notifying that a popular military revolt had arisen ill Bulgaria against tihe Germans. The proclamation also states that in-, formation has been received that anti-Ger-man demonstrations by Bulgarian garrisons have started, and a revolt has broken out, especially at Sofia, where the troops and the people have risen against German tyranny. German platoons are traversing tho streets firing on the inhabitants. The proclamation also mentions America's action, and invites the Bulgarians to emulate the Russians. REPORTS FROM THE EAST. LONDON, April 15. (Received April 16, at 0.5 a.m.) A local attack in the direction of Tirnova and west of Monastir failed. Bands of comitadjis supported the attackers. Austrian troops attempted an offensive west of Goritza, but were repulsed. British aeroplanes successfully attacked an aerodrome on the Dcama.
