Obviously this is aimed at the Archangel route. WASHINGTON, March 25. Ambassador Page (London) has cabled that apparently the Germans have extended the limits of the danger area to include practically all European waters. Starting on April 1, the danger area will comprise all waters excepting Danish and Netherland territorial waters.
