NO APPLICATIONS. (Pun United Pbess Association.) CHRISTCHURCH, December 8. Three blocks of land opened by the Canterbury Land Board for selection by returned soldiers were to have been balloted for op Tuesday, but there were no applications. One of the blocks is situate at Templeton, and consists of 10 acres of agricultural land, valued at £350. The second is a block, of 36 acres, situated at Waimatc, and valued at £1380, while tho third is a block of over three acres, situated near Hornby.
