(Received Dec. 0, at J/.40 a.m.) The Labourites pressed Mr Lloyd Cieorge particularly regarding the conscription oi labour and wealth. The Prime iVlinister intimatod, as regards tho first policy, that there would be direction arid regulation of work for the whole manhood oi the country, so that no class could complain of being unfairly treated. Regarding the conscription of wealth, ho foreshadowed a scheme for controlling investments and savings on -tho lines ot the existing ease of certain classes of American securities. This would place tho realised wealth of tlx; country at the Government's disposal. There'would be also a large extension of the war profits tax. All profits would be calculated on an average of three years before tho war, and all in excess of this amount would go to the Stale.

It is now denouncing him as a Cabinet-breaker and secret intriguer, and warning the German people that this accession to power means that the war enters a new phase and postpones indefinitely peace prospects.
