(Received Oct. 13, at 0.35 a.m.) The Petrograd correspondent ol the Morning Post virites.: "The Rnsso. Rumanians arc malting rapid headway in the Dobrudia. They have advanced from eight to 25 miles against stubborn opposition. The enemy's left holds fast about Rasova, but the right has retired 25 miles, and the centre a little less. The Bulgarians suffered most, as they were posted where ex= posed to bombardment across the Danube. Machenseu failed to hold a neck of land under 35 miles in width, his front row expanding The Rumanians were supported by Russian monitors, which command the Danube."
