The King's pro= longed interviews with diplomats and M. Filinesca are regarded as signifi* cant. An increased war feeling of gravity is noticeable in Bucharest. Thousands of German spies are overrunning the country, proclaiming that their objective is business. M. Jonescu writes in the Paris Journal: " Austria will fall, whereupon Germany will be besieged until she collapses aiid caoitulatcs."
