(Received June 11, at 5.5 p.m.) The High Court having established the constitutional validity of tho Federal Government'? action in fixing the price o£ bread, the Ministry now intends to extend the proclamation, fixing the prices for bread, flour, bran, and pollaa-d throughout the commonwealth. The State proclama tions will then become inoperative.
