FIXING PRICES. Pres» Association —By Telegraph—Copyright. MELBOURNE, June 11. (Received June 11, at 5.5 p.m.) The High Court having established the constitutional validity of tho Federal Government'? action in fixing the price o£ bread, the Ministry now intends to extend the proclamation, fixing the prices for bread, flour, bran, and pollaa-d throughout the commonwealth. The State proclama tions will then become inoperative.
