COPENHAGEN, May 30. Herr Albert Ballin, at a meeting of the Woermanm Shipping Line, said that when the war ended a new commercial war would begin in which Germany would have the same antagonists as during the war. They were very strong, but, with undaunted courage, Germany would commence a great national work, knowing that the Reichstag would assist in restoring her mercantile manne. Herr Ballin added : " After a successful war we must settle the freedom of the seas question, mid also that of the German colonies, in order that Germany may not merely be Britain's lodger."
