(EXPORT DUTIES IMPOSED. Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright. MELBOURNE, April 21. (Received April 21, at 5.5 p.m.) Colonel Logan, Administrator of Samoa, has issued a proclamation levying an export duty on all copra at 10s per ton, coooa 40s per ton, and rubber per lb shipped from the group.
