ALL WELL AT KUT.
THE RIVER IN FLOOD. LONDON, April 12. (Received April 13, at 8.5 p.m.) A cablegram was received from General Townshend on Friday saying that all was well, and he expected that Kut-el-Amara would be relieved in the near future. Other messages i-egarding Mesopotamia received in London show that the river is above the land level. It is believed that the enemy are purposely flooding some areas.
