A FRENCH SUGGESTION.

(Received April 7, at 5.5 p.m.) The suggestion is made in Paris that the Zeppelins which raided Britain were specially inflated to raid Paris during the Allies' Conference, but were prevented from crossing the French lines, and were then diverted 1 to Britain.
