THE QUESTION OP POCKETS
Dear Mr Penrose, —Please send me samples of tweeds supplied in your 50s and 55s suita. A memo, stating- whether you can, at the price, provide rather an unusual number oi pockets will also oblige.—Yours truly, Angus M'Pouch. We have replied to Mr M'Pouch, and hereby inform all others who may bo curious about this question of pockets, that we have just filled an order involving the making of 15 pockets—i.e., four in the trousers, four in the waistcoat, and seven in the coat. We do not, wo may add, recommend too many pockets, becai'so, when all are filled, the appearance of the suit is not improved ; but, of course, the wishes of the wearer in this respect are always carried out. W. PENROSE & CO. GEORGE STREET. -Ad*. I
