Fergus-son v. Fergu-sson (in divorce).— Motion to dispense with service.—Personal service on respondent dispensed with; the father of respondent to be personally served; extract of citation to be approved by registrar, and to be advertised once in the Melbourne Argus. Stewart and Stewart to Wright, Stephenson, and Co.—Motion for extension of time for registration of instruments.—Time extended to February 9.
