183 BAGS LOST. (Pee United Piess Association.) WELLINGTON, February 4.. The Postmaster-general has had official notice from the New Zealand Base Army Post Office that, or November 12 last, 183 ibags of New Zealand mails, chiefly parcels, and containing 78 registered articles wore lost at sea. Tho parcels would bo among those despatched from New Zealand on September 23 last, and re-addressed parcels of earlier despatches.
