OUTING FOR CHILDREN. The St. Clair life-saving Club intends to giye an outing for school children at the St. Clair Beach on Saturday. A good programme has' been arranged, including sack races, flat races, bun and treacle raco, etc. As the club is going to a good deal of trouble to make the gathering a success, it is hoped that tjwcdls will take advantage of tie opportunity to give their children an enjoyable day on the sands bofore school takes up, and by thair presence help to contribute to the 6ucoess ol the function. The first race will take place at 2.30 p.m.
