A FORCED AGREEMENT.

PARIS, January 23.

Senor Ibero, the Spanish publicist, in an article under his name in L'Echo de Paris, quotes a prominent official in the Turkish Foreign Office as saying: " The TurcoBulgarian Treatv, which was undoubtedly signed, amounted to a Btilgar sword at Turkey's throat. The treaty provides for tho eventual Bulgarian Occupation of Salonika, while Turkey was to be compensated by the cession of the iEgean littoral, as far as and including Kavala, besides a retrocession of the recently ceded territories. The Bulgarians, nevertheless, still dream of becoming masters of Constantinople."
