Money orders for Dlaces within the do* minion close one hour before advertised time of closing letter mails. _ Money orders for places bevond the dominion for despatch by the North or South Express close at 4 p.m. the previous day. The late fee is Id in addition to ordinary postage. _ The late-fee box on Second North Express is available for letters only.
