UNITY PLATFORM

A conference of the speakers to appear at the Unity Platform meeting on Friday evening was held yesterday to make final arrangements. It was decided that, after tho Mayor had introduced the subject, Professor Bedford should speak, Mr H. CL Robinson, tho organiser, to follow and explain tho movement, after which the resolution should be proposed by Mr Gibson, and seconded by Mr Warren. It was also decided to arrange for the nee of the Garrison Hall in the event of tlie weather proving inclement.
