DRUIDISM.
At the half-yearly meeting of the Ofcago Lodge, A~D. Bro. J. Gordon presided over a large attendance of members and visitors. Members of the Grand Lodge and Board of Management were officially received and welcomed. Sick pay was passed for payment amounting to £7 16s Bd. The balance sheet and auditors' report were adopted. They showed that the lodge was still making progress financially, havjng gained the sum of £151' 17s 8d for the half-year. The sick pay for'the term was £145 13s 4d, and interest earned £128 7s 6d, the sum. of £4542 10s being invested up,on first-clasp securities. ' The total funds were shown at £4772 18s lOd. The installation of officers for the ■ ensuing term was ably conducted by D.P. Bro. A. Wilkinson, assisted by P.D.P. Bro. C. E. Beasley, as follonvs:—A.D., Bro. T. Walker, V.A.; secretary, Bro. A. G. Crosswell; treasurer, Bro. T. Johns (re-elected): 1.G., Bro. J. Walker (re-elected), Bro. R. Day; 0.G., Bro. J. Milne; A.D.B.'s, Bros. 11. C. Holme and G. S. Doig; Y.A.8.'6, Bros. P. A. Collins and E. A. Mitson; minute secretary, Bro. J. W. Dove (reelected); organist, Bro. E. S. Hart (reelected) ; Grand Lodge representatives— G.G. Bro. J. W. Dove, P.A. Bro. J. Walker, P.G.P. Bro. T. Johns (all re-cleeted). A ballot was also _ taken' for tho position of D.P. for the ensuing term, and forwarded to the Board of Management. A hearty vote of thanks was accorded the installing officers. D.P. Bro. Wilkinson responded. The loyal and. other toaste, were honoured, including " Our Brothers at the Front."
